Ingredients
500g Oats
250g Butter
250g Cane sugar or some kind of dark sugar
4 tbsp Syrup or honey
1 Small tin of condensed milk
100g Chopped coconut
200g Chopped dried fruit

Oat Flapjack is a sweet, chewy baked bar made from rolled oats, butter, brown sugar, and golden syrup, often enjoyed as a snack or dessert
500g Oats

100g Chopped coconut
200g Chopped dried fruit
Heat honey/syrup and sugar until the sugar is dissolved
Add diced butter to caramel, mix well
Add condensed milk, mix well
Add dry ingredients, mix well
Spread onto lined baking tray
Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes until golden brown
